      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the distribution and collection of the Alumni File Information Form for prospective graduates
      - Ensure the creation and maintenance of accurate alumni records and perform weekly reconciliations
      - Act as a liaison between students, alumni, and career readiness resources
      - Provide documentation of signed releases for employment verification as required by programmatic accreditors
      - Engage with students through various communication methods to enhance career readiness leading up to graduation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - At least 2 years of experience in a career services, recruiting, or outside sales setting
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
      - Experience working with diverse clients/customers/students

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing career readiness content
      - Familiarity with social media and digital content promotion strategies
      - Previous experience in an educational environment or with adult learners
      - Knowledge of external reporting standards and compliance
      - Ability to connect with a wide range of individuals from various backgrounds
