- Travel to participant(s) home to provide assistance with activities of daily living such as: Personal Care Services: bathing, dressing, toileting, lift, transfer
Meal Preparation: prepare and clean-up - Daily Living Services including, but not limited to, laundry and grocery pick-up, wipe down, dusting, take out trash
Communicate all incidents, injury, or changes in participant's condition to supervisor; act and respond quickly in case of emergency - Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Weekend Availability
- Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred
- Pass Criminal Background
- Pass Physical - TB Test
- Reliable Vehicle, Driver's License, Auto Insurance (only if driving)
- Pass 4- Panel Drug Test (No THC Testing)
