- Assist Client's with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to each Client's needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to Client's, fostering a positive environment.
- Monitor Client's health and report any changes or concerns to the office immediately.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of Client's by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs within the home or during outings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in Client's living areas.
- Uphold Client's rights by treating all individuals with dignity and respect.
- Previous experience in care giving, is preferred but not mandatory. We TRAIN !
- Knowledge of working with individuals who have Alzheimer's and Dementia is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately.
- Basic first aid certification is a plus;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to assist Client's physically as needed while respecting their dignity and independence.
- Your OWN vehicle, CA Driver's License, Auto Insurance and Current Registration.
