- Part-time from 6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm or 10 pm to 6 am on a rotating schedule
- 8-Hour Shifts - rotating schedule
- Weekend required and holiday availability preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Caregiver is preferred, but not required.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
- CPR/First Aid certification – training is available upon hire.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Caregivers at Parkview Memory Care at Paradise Village assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Caregivers follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Our team incorporates the Generation's Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.
