      3 to 15 or more, part-time and very flexible

      Schedule:

      General Schedule (shared across 2-3 staff members)

      5:30 - 8:30 MTRF

      2:00 - 8:00 W

      9:00 - 4:00 SS

      Salary/Wage Range:

      Hourly $19.00 to $19.00

      Position Summary/Job Duties:

      We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide direct support and independent living skills assistance to 1-2 individuals in need. In this role, you will:

      - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

      - Provide transportation and companionship to appointments and activities during shift (public transportation OK)

      - Plan social and recreational activities and accompany clients

      - Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior

      - Assist with meal planning, preparation and shopping as needed

      - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

      - Implement behavior management strategies as directed by the care plan

      Qualifications:

      To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

      - Direct support experience, preferably in a caregiving setting

      - Strong care skills and the ability to provide compassionate support

      - Communication skills

      • Effective in building relationship, trust, and confidence with others.
      • Demonstrate active listening to understand needs, explain concepts, and successfully negotiate solutions.
      • Effective and productive conflict resolution skills.

      - Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment

      - Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, families, and team members

      - Proficiency in behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors
