- Ability to show tactful compassion in high stress and emotional situations
- Demonstrate an appreciation of heritage values, and wisdom of residents and understand the aging process.
- Conduct self in a professional manner in compliance with facility policies
- Work utilizing guidelines established by Lighthouse Senior Living policies and procedures.
- Provide care as directed by the nurse or designee to residents residing in the facility.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition both physically and emotionally.
- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living.
- Maintain knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance, and use.
- Report observations related to resident care per facility standard.
