- Minimum of one (1) year of professional caregiving experience.
- Possession of a Home Care Aide (HCA) ID or willingness to obtain one prior to employment.
- Current TB test or chest X-ray (within the last 2 years) or willingness to obtain one prior to employment.
- Valid California driver's license and willingness to transport clients.
- Availability for morning or afternoon shifts; weekend availability is highly preferred.
- Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia care is a significant plus.
