We are actively seeking a Caregiver to support a wonderful client located in Bellevue, WA. Hours may vary, but fall between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in a home setting

Use ABA-based techniques to support behavior management and skill-building

Assist with daily activities like:

Meal preparation

Medication reminders

Bathing, grooming, and hygiene support

Light housekeeping

Social activities and companionship

Transportation to appointments and errands

Support emotional and developmental growth, especially with autism-related needs

Schedule:

Flexible hours within 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon–Fri

Some weekends may be required

Pay & Compensation:

$21.10 – $23+ per hour, depending on experience

Additional pay differentials may apply depending on client needs

Requirements:

Experience with autism and ABA therapy (minimum 6 months preferred)

Active CNA, HCA, or HHA license in the state of Washington

Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

Must be able to pass a background check

Smartphone for clocking in/out and communication
