- Provided ongoing, specialized training, including dementia care techniques

- Thoughtfully matched with clients based on experience and compatibility
- Providing compassionate, hands-on support to individuals living with memory loss
- Assisting with daily routines to promote safety and dignity
- Supporting personal care, mobility, and cognitive engagement activities
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding, if needed
- Offering companionship and meaningful interaction
- Giving family caregivers much-needed respite and peace of mind
- Proven experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia
- Deep understanding of memory care challenges and best practices
- A passion for helping others live their best lives possible
- High school diploma or GED
- Home Care Aide (HCA) certification preferred — not required for the initial interview
- COVID-19 vaccination preferred
- Reliable transportation
