What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
- Engage in employee recognition programs and referral bonuses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must enjoy serving others and have a compassionate nature
- Ability to establish effective communication with clients and their families
- Punctual and reliable in covering scheduled shifts
- Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role is preferred
- Must be able to assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working as a caregiver in a home care setting
- Certification or training related to caregiving or personal care
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and schedules
- Familiarity with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks
