      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide telephonic customer service in a high-volume inbound and outbound call-center environment
      - Schedule medical appointments for claimants, ensuring service level expectations are met
      - Complete accurate data review and entry in proprietary systems
      - Maintain regular updates for all case stakeholders and manage assigned cases
      - Use problem-solving skills to address scheduling challenges and ensure timely appointments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma
      - Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment
      - Effective multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Computer proficiency with MS Office and proprietary systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
      - Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
