37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Caretaker to join our valued, supportive and hardworking team.

Our client is seeking to appoint a dedicated and proactive caretaker who will take pride in how the school looks and functions.

The post comprises of 37 hours per week covering flexible shifts with a requirement to work a split shift in term time and to meet the needs of the school during the school holidays.

Shifts will be:

Monday-Thursday
7:00-10:45 am and 2:30 – 6:15 pm

Friday
7:00-10:15 am and 2:30 – 6:15 pm

The main duties of the role comprise:

• The security of the school buildings and grounds,
• General portage,
• Minor decorating tasks and DIY activities.

An evident proficiency in these areas is desired.

Important:
For this role it is essential that you have previous Caretaking or Premise management experience.
