      We are seeking an in-house carpenter to construct, install, maintain, and repair physical structures around the resort. This is a year-round, full-time position. Four to six years experience in the field required.

      Essential duties & responsibilities:

      • Sheetrocking, taping, & painting.
      • Prepare layouts, select specified type of lumber or other materials, and conform to local building codes.
      • Provides consultation for designs, renovations, and projects of any size. can include fire regulations, costs, planning's, scheduling, building codes, and safety considerations.
      • Fits and installs prefabricated window frames, doors, door frames, weather stripping, sheetrock, and interior/exterior trim. Fits and installs finish hardware, such as locks, letter drops, and kick plates.
      • Inspects buildings for damage and wear, schedules maintenance and regulates work.
      • Team player and follows instructions well
