      Job Title: Finish & Rough Carpenters

      Job Description

      We are seeking skilled Finish Carpenters with 3-5 years of carpentry experience to join our team. You will be responsible for high-quality finish carpentry work on luxury apartment projects in the greater Milwaukee area. A strong focus on safety, reliability, and professionalism is essential.

      Responsibilities

      • Perform finish carpentry tasks including trimming walls, doors, windows, and cabinets.
      • Hang doors and install cabinets in new high-end luxury apartments.
      • Work on-site at various locations around Milwaukee, requiring reliable transportation.
      • Ensure a professional appearance while working in active business environments.
      • Utilize personal basic carpentry tools effectively and safely.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Experience with cabinetry or door hanging is a plus.
      • Knowledge of crown molding techniques.
      • Experience in restaurant and retail store carpentry is advantageous.

      Work Environment

      Work on new apartment construction projects, including a 140-unit building in downtown Milwaukee followed by an 80-unit building. The role requires a focus on safety and professionalism, with a business-casual dress code when working in active business environments.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
