- Req#: JP-005402860
- Build complex precast concrete forms using shop drawings and piece tickets.
- Construct forms that meet architectural specs and PCI standards.
- Collaborate with supervisors to plan production sequences and solve form construction challenges.
- Maintain tools and follow all safety protocols.
- Work independently and as part of a 5–8 person team.
- 3+ years of general carpentry experience.
- 2+ years working with finish carpentry (cabinetry, woodworking).
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specs.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and blueprints.
- Framing, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- $1,500 hiring bonus(paid in 3 installments).

- Indoor, enclosed plant (can be cold in winter, hot in summer).
- Team of 5–8 carpenters reporting to a foreman and plant supervisor.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- (Up to 10 hours of overtime/week available)
- Dress code: steel-toed boots, hard hat, high-vis shirt, long pants.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
