      What You'll Do
      • Act as liaison between Sales and Legal teams to determine and enforce company sales/compliance protocol.
      • Work with insurance companies to verify coverage of our customers' freight.
      • Investigate and analyze reports that are submitted about our carrier partners and escalate when needed for Approval
      • Review and bind carrier partners contractually in accordance with company and applicable laws, rules, and safety regulations.
      • Update our Transportation Management System with detailed and accurate information.
      • Work internally with Arrive's sales team to approve carrier partners in our system.
      • Monitor and qualify the safety of current and new carrier partners.
      • Utilize proprietary real-time online monitoring services to assess authority, insurance, and safety ratings of our carrier partners to provide exceptional service for Arrive’s customers.
      • Escalate issues and communicate details to our claims department as needed.
      • Execute account management and update insurance information for our carrier partners when applicable.
      • Data entry and organizing, and maintaining data.


      Qualifications
      • English Fluency Required (High B2-C1).
      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • A self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.
      • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment!
      • Strong logical reasoning skills, detail-oriented, with strong follow-through!
      • Excellent customer service skills via phone and email.
      • A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
