- Conduct a long-term study of the luxury leather goods & accessories landscape through detailed competitive analysis of the market, including: competitor product assortment, pricing, client engagement, and brand initiatives.
- Manage the Cartier Accessories product lifecycle through developing resources and tools, such as Product Launch Plans and Product News.
- Collaborate with the Product Managers on key projects and local initiatives, as reviewed in weekly team meetings, in support of the category action plan.
- Develop collaborative skills: partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Merchandising, E-commerce, Client Engagement, PR, Media, etc.) to support initiatives for Accessories categories.
- Collaborate with Retail teams (Accessories Ambassadors) to provide insights on sales performance, relevant competitive insights, and product updates.
- Contribute to a learning-based culture: assist with product training, which may include collaborating on training content and supporting with in-boutique trainings.
- Develop business acumen: refresh dashboards and analyze reports, sharing key insights and trends of strategic collections to inform product action plan.
- Analyze and identify opportunities to support client engagement for Accessories, leveraging insights for strategic action plan.
- Develop analytical skills through the creation of strategic presentations (monthly meetings with International, calls with Retail network, etc.)
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application
- Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program
- Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visas for summer internships
- Must be age 18 or older to participate
- Must be available to participate for the entirety of internship program (June 3rd - August 9th)

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Cartier Accessories Marketing Team leads the marketing functions and strategic development of Cartier Accessories in North America. The Accessories categories include Leather Goods, Eyewear, and Objects, with unique initiatives for each subcategory. The Product Marketing team collaborates cross-functionally with International and local stakeholders to execute the category action plan and identify business opportunities. The Marketing Intern will report to the Product Manager for Leather Goods, with the opportunity for involvement across all Accessories subcategories.
YOUR MISSION
The Marketing Intern will support the Cartier North America Product Marketing Team for Accessories (Leather Goods, Eyewear, and Objects), with a key focus on preparing the strategic category plan across the following projects. Over the 10-week internship, support the preparation of the Cartier North America category action plan and roll-out of strategic initiatives:
