      Core Responsibilities

      • Transportation to employment opportunities and service providers.
      • Assist in maintaining the donation center and picking up donations.
      • Transportation to employment opportunities and service providers.
      • Assist clients to apply for public benefits and with providers.
      • Assist case managers to provide MG core services and help case managers with cases.

      What you will be doing in your role?

      • Support Case Managers to provide Match Grant core services.
      • Collaborate with case managers to facilitate service delivery.
      • Communicate client/case observations and concerns to case managers.
      • Serve as a link between Catholic Charities FW and refugee communities to increase awareness of program services.
      • Assist clients with language and culture interpretation with service providers.
      • Advocate for clients at service providers or agencies and in the community.
      • Cultivate positive relationships with relevant faith-based organizations, social service providers, and other community partners.
      • Adhere to policies related to boundaries with clients.
      • Report suspicious and inappropriate behaviors.
      • You live out the mission and values of CCFW.

      Are you the next Match Grant Case Aide?

      • Support Case Managers to provide reception and placement core services.
      • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year experience in similar position OR a combination of education and experience.
      • Must be able to lift, carry, pull, push 70+ pounds.
      • Must have reliable transportation, valid Texas driver’s license, and liability insurance.
      • Bilingual skills in a common client language is preferred.
      • Fluent in both written and spoken English is required.
      • Familiarity with refugee populations is preferred.
      • Adhere to policies related to boundaries with clients and youth.
