Job Description

- Collaborate with Therapist, in order to help clients meet identified goals
- Provide skills-based services to clients and families (i.e. coping skills education, skills training, etc.)
- Help link clients and families to community resources
- Successful staff exude a passion for serving vulnerable individuals and families
- A flexible schedule is important for this role, and allows you to have control over your session planning
- Ability to work independently and manage time well
- Ability to collaborate with a team to accomplish goals
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services-related field OR 2 or more years of related experience
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with using the internet and Microsoft Word
- Ability to navigate online electronic medical record system (CareLogic)
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Ability to function as a member for a multi-disciplinary treatment team and work cooperatively with other agency employees
