      Location: Central Office, Chicago, IL
      Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
      Salary: $22.00 - $24.25 /hour


      The Community and Economic Development Association (CEDA) is a dynamic nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities and reducing poverty. Join our team as a Family Support Case Manager to support individuals and families by delivering comprehensive case management services that promote long-term economic stability and well-being.

      What You’ll Do

      • Case Management: Assess client needs and develop individual service plans to support long-term goals and stability.
      • Customer Service: Build supportive, professional relationships with a diverse clientele, offering coaching and ongoing support.
      • Service Coordination: Connect clients with internal and external resources; conduct outreach and recruitment as needed.
      • Documentation: Maintain accurate case files, enter timely data, and generate reports as required.
      • Community Engagement: Represent CEDA at events and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
      • Team Collaboration: Participate in trainings, staff meetings, and continuous improvement efforts.

      What We’re Looking For

      • High school diploma or equivalent required
      • 1–3 years of experience in social service case management or a related field
      • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems
      • Valid Illinois driver’s license, clean driving record, current auto insurance, and access to reliable transportation
