      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct intervention and clinical services in a school-based setting to clients referred to the employer by contracted schools
      - Facilitate educational groups for faculty, parents, and students
      - Conduct crisis intervention when necessary
      - Conduct individual skills sessions during the school day or after school
      - Assist with scheduling and collaboration of telephone and virtual psychiatric evaluations and clinical assessment appointments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human services with 1 or more years of experience in MH/MR or related field, or Master's degree with 0 to 2 years of experience in human services
      - Experience with trauma-informed services preferred, Seeking Safety, Illness Management and Recovery, and Motivational Interviewing
      - Basic math skills and ability to work with reports and numbers
      - Strong analytical skills, professional acumen, and excellent communication skills
      - Current State of Texas Driver License or equivalent if residing in another state

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in trauma-informed services
      - Knowledge of Seeking Safety, Illness Management and Recovery, and Motivational Interviewing
