Job Summary
Works daily to ensure the proper application of customer payments across multiple lines of CSX business. Collaborates with Accounts Receivable team to provide long term solutions to repetitive problems.

Primary Activities and Responsibilities

• Works in external systems to identify customer payments and detail, contacts customers for payment detail for matching with payments, resolves discrepancies to ensure payments are applied to correct bills.
• Resolves complex cash and banking issues in a timely and professional manner. Prepares reconciliations, and researches discrepancies.
• Collaborates with Technology and other Business Partners to resolve, improve, and implement solutions.
• Assists cash and banking team with other value added projects.
• Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1 or more years of experience in Customer Service, Collections, Operations, Finance, or Accounting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/4-year Degree
• 3 or more years of experience in Customer Service, Collections, Operations, Finance, or Accounting.
