- Develop and implement new processes and technologies in Cash Management area
- Manage and maintain the company´s bank accounts
- Drive and improve quality and efficiency of Bank´s KYC process
- Manage, maintain and develop the cash management policies and procedures
- Assist and advise businesses with their cash management needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven 3-5 year working experience in an international corporate or bank in the field of cash management
- Is fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Has strong analytical and logical skills and eye for the details
- Experience with process improvements, change and project management
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

We are currently undertaking a significant finance transformation journey to improve our cash management processes and systems. We are looking for a dynamic person with relevant experience to join our Treasury team as a Cash Management Specialist.

About the position
The ideal candidate will have a some background in cash management, with a keen interest in implementing and optimizing technological solutions to improve cash flow processes. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure optimize bank account structures and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will be part of the Group Treasury team, report to Group Cash Manager. This permanent role will be located in Helsinki, Finland.
