      WHAT YOU’LL DO
      As a Cash Office Responsible, you are responsible for the cash office and sales floor administration of your store, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. You’ll train and support the store team to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident in all procedures related to cash handling, stock, banking, and administration. Acting in line with our values, you’ll contribute to both your own success and the success of the company.

      You will:

      • Enhance store efficiency by ensuring best practices in cash handling, technical equipment management, and administrative procedures, while supporting the store leadership and colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience when required.

      • Manage account reconciliation, money-handling routines, and cash desk opening and closing procedures, analysing discrepancies, and collaborating with the management team and loss prevention for follow-up.

      • Oversee security routines in line with company guidelines, including conducting and supporting audits.

      • Partner with the store management team to ensure a seamless customer and colleague experience on the sales floor.

      • Train and support store colleagues on checkout procedures, cash point routines, and store processes related to your responsibilities, ensuring consistent adherence.

      • Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

Alongside your team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers feel confident and express their individuality with the latest trends and timeless styles.
