      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and prepare contractual and policy adjustments to accounts on a daily basis
      - Ensure accuracy of payments made by managed care providers
      - Process daily bank deposits and ensure accurate receipting of payments
      - Maintain organizational and analytical skills to handle billing and collection tasks
      - Follow written and verbal instructions effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Good credit rating
      - Education: Associate degree or 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting and/or Billing and Collection
      - Less than one year of relevant experience in a similar role
      - Proficient in mathematical and analytical skills
      - Must possess computer skills including Meditech, PC Windows, Excel, and logging systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with reimbursement methodology compliance
      - Strong clerical and ten-key skills
      - Ability to read and comprehend written instructions effectively
      - Familiarity with organizational tasks in a financial setting
