- Front Counter/Cashier - Responsible for the guest experience by: taking orders quickly and efficiently, managing their cash drawers, creating a positive and engaging guest experience by creating eye contact, sharing a smile, speaking enthusiastically, and staying connected to the guest. Use upgraded hospitality such as: “May I serve the next guest?” and “My Pleasure”, serving guest’s drinks, and ensuring the front of the house is clean. Can assist in stocking products and paper ware in the front of the house during off peak times.
- Utilities - Responsible for assisting in breaks for team members, ensuring clean storefront, taking out garbage, retrieving needed items and products from dry storage, or coolers/freezers.
- Expediter - Responsible for bagging orders with speed and accuracy. During off peak hours this person may also be stocking products and paper ware in the front of the house.
- Server - Responsible for getting the food, once bagged, to the guests by using guests’ names. This person can help bag orders as well and should be focused on getting the orders to the guests quickly.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
- Must have good people skills and a well-groomed appearance.
- Must read, write, speak and understand English.
- Valid Nevada Health card required.
- Must have knowledge in Aloha POS system experience preferred.
- Minimum age requirement is 18.

OverviewCashier
Ensure that all food safety procedures are followed and Guests receive a “REMARK”able experience to Chic Fil A standards. Work with your fellow team members to ensure that guests are satisfied as well as maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
