Job Description
- Req#: CASHI006451
- Handle cash, checks, credit cards and financing; count till (cash) bags at the beginning and end of each shift, verifying that all transactions were done correctly and till balances at the end of each shift;
- Maintain the front office appearance by keeping everything neat and clean;
- File the daily invoices;
- Call the bank on all out of state checks and temporary checks to verify that the checks will clear;
- Call the finance company to verify information on customers account (balance due, account balance, available credit);
- Process special orders and handwritten tickets;
- Take account payments for fabric checkouts or other misc. payments.
- Perform any other duties as directed by management.
