Job Description
- Req#: 4774
- Direct patrons where to park and assist when spaces are full.
- Collect credit card payment and issue receipts to paying customers and/or scanning pre-paid parking passes.
- Process exception transactions (e.g., drop offs) according to company policy.
- Maintain a neat and orderly cashier lane at all times, free of debris and trash.
- Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit.
- Other special projects as assigned by location management.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- High School degree preferred.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.

Position Summary:
The Cashier provides superior customer service and support to all users of the facility. Duties include customer service, ensuring that the area immediately around them is absolutely clean at all times, and assisting the manager/supervisor as is needed.

Physical Demands: The physical demands of this position requires you to work outdoor and, on your feet, the entire shift; RAIN or SHINE! Employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs.
Work Environment: The employee may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The employee is regularly exposed to fumes and airborne particles. The noise level in this work environment can range from minimal to moderate.
