Greet and interact positively with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system.

Handle cash, gift cards, vouchers, and credit cards, ensuring daily balances are correct.

Replenish and rotate front-of-house items as per the duties list (some minor lifting required).

Maintain a clean and sanitized work area at all times.

Work efficiently during intermittent high volume periods.

Prepare Starbucks drinks following standardized recipes consistently.

Respond to common guest inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.

Ability to make exact change for cash transactions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers.

Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions using common sense.

Knowledge of food service procedures and standards.

Ability to handle standardized situations with minimal variables.

Ability to stand for at least 1.5 hours per day for restocking and other duties.
Position: Cashier/Barista
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $20.90 per hour
Location: Onsite – Santa Ana, CA
Assignment Duration: 6+ months
Job OverviewThe primary responsibility of this role is to handle cashier transactions and perform Starbucks Barista duties. The ideal candidate will greet guests warmly, ensuring positive and courteous interactions. Accurate use of the POS system to process daily sales is essential, including handling cash, gift cards, vouchers, and credit cards with precise daily balancing.
