      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

      • Provide “A” level customer service to VIP guests while enthusiastically promoting the Laurel Lounge (VIP Lounge) and Caesars Rewards Program.
      • Greet and check-in VIP guests entering the Laurel Lounge.
      • Learn and utilize VIP player preferences to provide personalized service.
      • Coordinate hotel, restaurant, transportation and special event reservations.
      • Answer inbound guest calls and Host on Duty calls.Issue complimentary (comp) hotel accommodations and other comps as needed, per Casino Marketing team. Issue of non-negotiable coupons to guests for promotional purposes.
      • Coordinate special requests with Casino Marketing Team and outside vendors for our VIP guests.
      • Conduct daily activity reports and prepare reports needed to assist Casino Marketing team.
      • Anticipate and provide for VIP guest needs in advance of request.
      • Prepare and communicate list of expected arrivals for external hotels and transportation arrivals.
      • Assist in the execution of special events.
      • Respond to internal and external; guest requests, questions and complaints, ensuring resolution.
      • Maintain high standards of courtesy, hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism.
      • Be knowledgeable of property and brand events, initiatives, products, and services available to VIP guests.
      • Perform all related duties as assigned by the Director of Casino Marketing.
      • Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

      Qualifications:

      • High school diploma / GED required. College degree preferred.
      • Two years customer service experience preferred.
      • Must have excellent customer service skills and strong problem-solving skills
      • Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality.
      • Must have exemplary verbal communication and customer service skills.
      • Must be able to multi-task with ease and possess strong time management skills.
      • Professional, neat and clean appearance.
      • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays and weekends. Must be able to work overtime either before or after their shift, and sometime on short notice.

      JOB DEMANDS:

      • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
      • Position requires 90% standing, 10% walking.
      • Requires some pushing, twisting, bending, kneeling, climbing, stooping and frequent reaching above and below shoulders.
      • Must be able to respond to touch, speech, smell, aural and visual cues.
      • Must be able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 10 (ten) hours in length.
      • Must be able to work in crowded, noisy, or otherwise stressful environments.
      • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment involving constant internal and external customer contact.
