We are looking for driven and motivated individuals to join our Inwards team at our Avalon Distribution Centre! We are looking for individuals who are flexible to work over both Day and Afternoon shifts and support across different departments during peak periods.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have casual roles available within our Inwards Team during our day and afternoon shift hours. You will be responsible for receiving deliveries and placing stock in storage accurately and efficiently using correct systems, equipment and Safe Operating Procedures. You will support your team and other functions to deliver smooth operations as well as performing other operational tasks as required. Keep in mind, our team members may work across a variety of departments depending upon the needs of the day. This is a great way for our team to build their skills across different parts of the warehouse ensuring you’re always being developed at Cotton On.

You will be a member of the Shift Inwards/Starter Team, reporting to the Replen/Inwards Team Leaders and will support your peers and team to deliver our strategic goals. This is a casual role, operating across both day shift 7AM-3PM and afternoon 3PM-11PM Monday-Friday.

We are looking for team members who have flexibility to work across multiple departments and shifts when required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrate reliability, efficiency and attention to detail - we hire for will and train to upskill!
• Previous experience within the Inwards/Starter team is highly regarded, however not essential
• Capability to safely perform repetitive tasks including repetitive lifting of weights up to 14kg
• Capability to safely walk approximately 8km per shift
