- Support Research Contracts: Follow up on enquiries, confirm project closures, pursue outstanding contract matters, and ensure compliance.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Develop and maintain effective communication with researchers, funders, and affiliated organizations.
- Variety of Tasks: Experience a wide range of responsibilities across two teams, with opportunities to manage simpler contracting matters as you gain experience.
- Training: Receive initial training on systems and processes, preparing you for success in this role.
- Responding to researcher and funder enquiries
- Compliance checking milestone completions
- Updating information systems to ensure accuracy
- Supporting and completing grant contracts, variations, and agreements
- Essential Skills:
- Professional, client-focused service delivery
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to interpret complex documentation
- Attention to detail
- Competence in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new IT environments
- Desirable Skills:
- Legal training
- Experience in a similar work environment
- Working towards or completion of a tertiary qualification
- Hands-On Experience: Gain practical experience in a real-world setting, enhancing your legal skills and knowledge.
