      The Retail Business Services group is an integral part of Amazon online product life cycle and buying operations. The team is designed to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online retail space with the best price, wide selection and good product information. The programs handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience.

      RBS has a new program to scale vendor management worldwide and is looking for dynamic and talented associates to participate in the implementation of the program in MENA region. The Associates will be responsible for developing business relationship with vendors and providing operational support to both vendors and vendor managers.

      This position is for a Senior catalog associate in Merchandising team and the primary responsibilities includes support Amazon Events and Marketing campaigns.

      Core Responsibilities

      - Work with the vendors to ensure they are operating efficiently on our tools.

      - Must be able to effectively drive operational metrics, meet the SLAs and exceed ambitious business goals by engaging with vendors and internal business and operations partners in BR.

      - Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion (Kaizen projects);

      - Execute tasks geared towards adding selection, reducing defects, increasing revenue and reducing costs for our customers.

      Shift Time: 10:30AM to 7:30PM MENA time zone- Arabic language certification: B2.2 and above level. Excellent communication skills in written and Oral Arabic language.
      - Bachelor Degree (Preferably in Computer science of Business) and 0 – 3 years of relevant working experience.
      - Excellent communication skills in written and Oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
      - Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Especially MS Excel) applications.
      - Interest in E-Commerce/Online business.
      - Desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience.
      - Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel.
      - Creative and Analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence.
      - Graduate/ Post Graduate in Arabic Language
      - Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
