The Retail Business Services group is an integral part of Amazon online product life cycle and buying operations. The team is designed to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online retail space with the best price, wide selection and good product information. The programs handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience.
RBS has a new program to scale vendor management worldwide and is looking for dynamic and talented associates to participate in the implementation of the program in Maxico. The Associates will be responsible for developing business relationship with vendors and providing operational support to both vendors and vendor managers.
This position is for a catalog associates in Merchandising team and the primary responsibilities includes support Amazon Events and Marketing campaigns.
Core Responsibilities
- Work with the vendors to ensure they are operating efficiently on our tools;
- Must be able to effectively drive operational metrics, meet the SLAs and exceed ambitious business goals by engaging with vendors and internal business and operations partners in MX.
- Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion (Kaizens projects);
- Execute tasks geared towards adding selection, reducing defects, increasing revenue and reducing costs for our customers.
Shift Time: 9AM to 6AM MX time zone

- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
