ASIN localization team is looking for an innovative, enthusiastic and analytical catalog specialist-II to join the Arc Ops Monitoring team in Localization . The team focuses on improving selection of ASINs across MPs through analyzing data sets, research, finding solutions along with providing an exciting opportunity to work with multiple teams across Amazon.

The catalog specialist-II is expected to own goals, be data driven, handle complex projects/tasks, work closely with internal and external program managers/stakeholders to drive processes and improvements.



Key job responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Analyze data, deep dive, identify root cause/blockers and recommend solutions that work towards a metric improvement within processes at site level.
• Execute important tasks/activities independently
• Identify gaps, areas of improvement, build mechanisms and drive them to completion in coordination with cross functional teams like technical, Legal, Catalog &Operation teams etc.
• Act as a main POC for providing process related support-train, educate and handle SIMs.
• Establish key reporting, document process business reviews, give process related highlights, to senior management and help them make data driven decisions
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, represent data, influence decisions and drive processes.
• Identify areas of automation, write business and functional requirements and manage implementation by working with the operations, and technical teams
• Effectively manage escalations
• Relentlessly works to research, identify, evaluate, rationalize and propose business opportunities for the Localization team.
• Acts as a team player and supports collective success of Localization & Arc Ops Monitoring team

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Hyderabad, TS, IND- 1+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel (Array and Statistical formulas)
- Experience using data to influence business decisions- Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Datazen, SSRS
- Experience back office operations, escalation management and troubleshooting environments
