      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support and guidance to field case managers
      - Handle catastrophic referral intake processes and oversee catastrophic cases
      - Maintain effective communication with customers and various stakeholders
      - Coach and mentor field case managers to enhance their skills and performance
      - Facilitate effective transitions of care for complex patients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field
      - Minimum 3+ years of clinical practice required; expertise in managing catastrophic claims preferred
      - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
      - Prior leadership and mentoring skills required
      - Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM) preferred
      - Workers’ compensation-related experience preferred
