What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support and guidance to field case managers
- Handle catastrophic referral intake processes and oversee catastrophic cases
- Maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders
- Coach and mentor field case managers to enhance their skills and performance
- Facilitate effective transitions of care for complex patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of clinical practice experience required
- Prior leadership and mentoring skills required
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Email
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in workers' compensation-related roles
- Expertise in managing catastrophic claims
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM)
