Aufgabeninhalte :

• Entwicklung, Definition und Umsetzung einer warengruppenspezifischen Strategie in Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Unternehmen der Airbus Gruppe (Vertragspartner) national und international

• Erstellung von warengruppenspezifischen Marktanalysen und Bericht dieser an relevante Stakeholder

• Detaillierte interne, nationale und internationale Bedarfsbündelung

• Initiierung und Leitung von Arbeits- und Projektgruppen zu materialgruppenrelevanten Themen (Lieferantenidentifizierung und -auswahl, Leistungserbringung, Lieferantenrisiko, etc.)

• Mitarbeit in multinationalen MFT-Gruppen während der Ausschreibungs- und Auftragsvergabephase sowie der gesamten Vertragsdauer unter Berücksichtigung der Warengruppenstrategie

• Lieferantenentwicklung- und initiativen in Bezug auf aktuelle und zukünftige Lieferleistung (Qualität,Termin und Konditionen) einleiten und steuern

• Lieferantenziele festlegen (z.B. Kostensenkungsmaßnahmen, Qualitäts- und Lieferleistungssteigerung) sowei kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse vereinbaren und überwachen

• Lieferantenidentifizierung und -auswahl

• Vertragsbedingungen erarbeiten und verhandeln, Vertragsabschluß und Umsetzung

• Vertrags- und Kontraktänderungsmanagement

• Festlegung von Mess- und Zielgrößen für die Leistungserbringung im Einkauf

• Regelmäßige Überprüfungen und Beurteilung der Prozesse, Abläufe und Kapazitäten des/beim Lieferanten (z.B. Lieferkette, Engineering, kommerzielle Aspekte, Umweltaspekte etc. und anderer Schnittstellen (intern/extern))

• Lieferantenrisiko bezüglich wirtschaftlicher und kapazitiver Entwicklung beurteilen, priorisieren und Risikoverantwortlichkeiten definieren

• Risikomanagement (Aktionspläne festlegen und umsetzen bzw.Umsetzung überwachen etc.)

Erforderliche Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Ingeneurswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics
• Ausgeprägte Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute DV-Kenntnisse (Google Suite)
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie gutes Stakeholdermanagement, auch in schwierigen und fordernden Aufgabenbereichen
• fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Establish, implement and improve category strategy in coordination with the other Airbus entities (contract co-owners)

• Represent the product category in the strategic MFT (Multi-Functional Team)

• Performs portfolio & market analysis to define ASA specific optimization

• Contribute to Airbus sourcing (CFT, RFP, etc…) & contract management (claims, escalation, preparation of senior management meetings)

• Contribute in monitoring & improving supplier performance

• Identify & lead projects and support product /service innovation; (DtC, improved logistics flows and conditions...)

• Sustains long term relationships with suppliers

• Ensure risk management

• Develops and implement long term forecast methods to secure capacity within the supply chain

Required qualification:

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar

• Good work experience in the area of Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics

• Experience in Project Management

• Ability to work autonomously/ teamwork spirit/ customer oriented behavior

• Change enabler, creative, open in new IT technologies,

• Ability to analyze complex data

• Good communication skills, especially in difficult environment of process change management, good stakeholder management skills

• English Fluent, German at conversational level
