      Category Marketing Manager

      Haleon offers you a great opportunity to be part of marketing team in Export Hub in Budapest!

      In this role you will be responsible for adapting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to drive consumer engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth. You will influence a number of key strategic partners including the CEE Area Marketing teams and the CEE Export Markets Leadership Team.

      Key Roles & Responsibilities:

      • Supervise and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support in executing marketing initiatives effectively.
      • Oversee brand marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and positioning across various channels and touchpoints.
      • Manage media investments by collaborating with media agencies to develop media plans, optimize media spend, and track campaign performance.
      • Coordinate and execute promotional activities, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and other marketing initiatives, to drive consumer awareness and purchase intent.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and creative services, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
      • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscape, and utilize insights to inform marketing strategies.
      • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as sales data, campaign results, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
      • Manage trade marketing activities, including trade promotions, merchandising, and channel-specific marketing initiatives, to support sales and distribution goals.
      • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices, and proactively apply new knowledge to enhance marketing effectiveness.

      Qualifications & Skills:

      • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
      • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role in the FMCH or FMCG industry
      • Strong knowledge and understanding of brand marketing, media planning, and trade marketing.
      • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and consumer engagement.
      • Experience in new product launches
      • Proficient in market research and analysis techniques
      • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals
      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
      • Results-oriented mindset with “can do” attitude and focus on delivering measurable outcomes and achieving targets.
