What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct personalized appointments with families to discuss burial options and pre-planning services
- Explain Catholic burial traditions and align them with services provided by the employer
- Maintain knowledge of cemetery locations, services, pricing, and policies
- Develop positive relationships with families, clergy, and community members
- Represent the employer's mission and values during public engagements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Willingness to support the mission of the Church
- High School/GED
- Sales experience (cemetery preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and automobile insurance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in funeral services
