What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process invoices, match them with purchase orders, and reconcile accounts to ensure timely payments
- Perform data verification audits for quality output and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with offshore teams for daily tasks and assist with clarifications and escalations
- Analyze exceptions and route unresolved items to appropriate departments for follow-up
- Maintain open communication with internal and external customers and assist with training associates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a related field
- Proficiency in Excel and strong mathematical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Accounts payable experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
