What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide front-line technical support for users of the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS)
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware issues with desktop and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve incoming tier II tickets, escalating when necessary
- Develop knowledge to provide tier III support
- Create guides and resources to train others and solve organizational problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in CBMS, including SNAP and Medicaid
- Additional appropriate education may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis
- Training or certification related to the work assigned will be credited towards experience and/or education
- Must comply with screening procedures in place at state entity locations
- Pre-employment background check and possible drug testing required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst
- Active Directory experience
- A+, HDI, and/or ITIL Certifications
