      As the CCB Service Acceptance Manager you will be the custodian of the service acceptance criteria for all changes to the defined CCB Service Inventory. This includes quality assessment of mandatory items such as the Service Schedules, SLA’s, Proposed Control Points, Procedures, How to Guides and Delivery Plans. Builds stronger foundations by ensuring all change has been correctly risk assessed (including assessment of the accuracy of submissions) using existing governance (PRR, ORA, PIAP Assessment Tool) and has been approved through all required governance routes. This role is the arbiter with respect to acceptance of the change.

      You will be working with the wider Service Management and Change team to develop the process/controls and reporting to deliver and onward manage Service acceptance and management in CCB ensuring better outcomes for our clients.

      The difference you’ll make:

      • Responsible for the framework delivery of the service acceptance criteria for all changes to CCB Service Inventory.
      • Responsible for the framework delivery for control and coordination for CCB Service Areas for Improvement.
      • Responsible for the provision of metrics (KPIs) and presents regular monthly governance updates to the CCB.
      • The role acts as a key interface between the business sponsors and stakeholders and the technology and delivery teams.

      What you’ll bring:

      • Extensive experience in Corporate & Commercial Bank Service Delivery.
      • Good Leadership and management skills

      It would also be nice for you to have:

      • Excellent Communicating and Influencing skills at all levels with good problem-solving skills.
      • Knowledge of CCB services and Technology
      • Fully proficient with Microsoft Office
      • Commercial awareness and understanding of the requirements of corporate and commercial customers.

      This role is a 3 month FTC based in Liverpool and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.

      • Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus
      • We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer.
