Wyong Hospital is seeking dynamic Administration Support Officers to work within our Outpatient Units. This is an exceptional opportunity to show case your customer service skills and make a real difference in the provision of services to the Central Coast Community.

      About the Role

      Based primarily at Wyong Hospital, this role also supports Lake Haven Community Health Centre and Long Jetty Health Care Facility. You'll work Monday to Friday, with shifts between 6:30am and 8:00pm.


      We're looking for a motivated individual to deliver high-level administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth operation of our Outpatient Units.

      About You

      • You have proven customer service expertise with a strong focus on patient care and support.
      • You are confident in data entry and computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems.
      • You are a team player who can also work independently to get the job done efficiently.
