- Providing high-quality clinical nursing care, including processing, circulating, and airway management.
- Ensuring safe and efficient patient preparation, monitoring, and post-procedure recovery.
- Actively engaging in quality improvement initiatives and supporting evidence-based practice.
- Utilizing clinical communication skills to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborating as part of a team nursing model, ensuring a coordinated and supportive approach to care.
- Contributing to the Caring for the Coast initiative and promoting a positive healthcare experience for all patients.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Recent clinical experience in Endoscopy Nursing is desirable but not essential, including processing, circulating, and airway management.
- A commitment to quality improvement, practice development, and evidence-based care. Strong clinical communication skills, with proficiency in information technology and effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- An understanding of team nursing and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
