Lead Your Own Clinical Team : After completing the program, you’ll have the opportunity to lead your own clinical team at a Pennant-affiliated company. You’ll have the autonomy to build a high-performing team and make key decisions to deliver exceptional care.
1-5 years of clinical experience (RN, PT, OT)
Bachelor’s degree preferred (MBA or MHA is a plus)
Ability to pass state-required licensing exams (varies by state)
Willingness to relocate and travel as part of the dynamic, hands-on training program
After graduation, willingness to relocate to an opportunity that matches your interests and skills
Have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to build something from the ground up
Love leading and building teams
Have experience in marketing or financial management (but not required )

About the Opportunity:
Join our Clinical Operational Leadership Training (COLT) Program and prepare to become a Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) at a Pennant-affiliated company. This paid, 3-4 month program provides real, on-the-job experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to lead your own clinical operation in the future. You’ll dive into clinical management, business strategies, and leadership while receiving guidance from top leaders who will help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
After completing the program, you’ll have the chance to take on a leadership role as a Director of Clinical Services (DCS/DPCS) .

About the company
Our home health and hospice agencies and senior living communities operate relatively independently and have no traditional corporate headquarters. Instead, they are supported by a “Service Center,” a world-class team of professional resources that advise on their respective fields of information technology, compliance, human resources, accounting, payroll, legal, risk management, education and other services. This allows on-site leaders and caregivers to focus squarely on day-to-day care and business issues in their individual agency or community.
