The position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Integrated within the Regulatory Department, you are responsible for the compliance of a portfolio of projects across all our countries, including responsibility for the validation of ingredients, formulas, labeling, communication and packaging.
As such, you are in permanent contact with all the players involved in product developments (internally: Marketing, Formula and Packaging Development, Purchasing/Quality/Supply Chain, and externally: subcontractors in France and internationally).
You will excel and thrive in this position if you are ready to take on the following missions :
• Regulatory analysis of marketing briefs (composition, claims, active ingredients, and packaging)
• Regulatory validation of raw materials, formulas, packaging, accessories of Sephora Collection brand products according to the regulatory constraints of the targeted markets, LVMH guidelines and requirements specific to S+.
• Verification and validation of product labeling and communication elements according to the regulations in force in our markets (claims, regulatory information, etc.).
• Risk analysis, particularly related to claims, considering all the constraints specific to S+ and global regulations with the implementation of solutions/action plans.
• Contribute to the management, monitoring and implementation of the reformulation schedule for our products linked to new regulatory constraints.
• Validation of substitute raw materials and management of resulting reformulations.
• Management of the tests necessary to put on the market the products, and analysis of the results in collaboration with our external partners (challenge tests, tolerance, effectiveness, dosages, etc.) to comply with the various regulations and internal guidelines.
• Management and validation of safety assessments in collaboration with our external partners according to the defined timing.
• Monitoring and management of the test budget relating to projects.
• Provision of the information necessary for registrations according to the schedule defined by the export team.
• Creation, validation and updating of the product information file.
• Contribution/animation of cross-functional projects.
• Consolidation of information from professional associations.
• Collaborate with the export team in case of questions from consumers, authorities, regions, etc.

• Coming from a master’s degree scientific or technical
• More than 5 years of professional experience in a similar regulatory affairs position
• Very strong knowledge of the European and international cosmetic regulations, project management, an interest for informatic tools
