The Community aims to support our fellows by connecting them with a network of former fellows, jury members, ecosystem partners, ambassadors, advisors, and investors that can provide them with access to relationships, knowledge, and capital.

Our Thought Leadership strategy consists in tapping into our community's vast pool of talent, expertise, and experience by curating and bringing to light some of the boldest and most thought-provoking ideas.
- Drive CWI impact measurement efforts to ensure CWI stays at the cutting edge of impact measurement.
- Spearhead program design efforts from research, community insights to translating into actual implementation of program definitions to be executed by overall CWI team.
- Provide impact measurement expertise to CWI team, fellows, community members and partners.
- Ensure all CWI programs, activities, events, communications are aligned with CWI’s Theory of Change and take the lead in designing all impact measurement-related content.
- Champion streamlining and alignment of impact measurement efforts across CWI service providers and stakeholders.
- With the support of project coordinator, lead and organize annual program impact review and reflection workshops with the CWI team and strategic community members when appropriate.
- In collaboration with team, review and revamp internal work processes and tools to optimize team coordination and efficiency, with the view of maximizing impact.
- Design an impact-driven strategy to strengthen engagement with GEM and other academic networks.
- Produce annual global trends digest on women’s impact entrepreneurship by monitoring research / trends / developments and by working closely with Head of Community and Content and key academic / institutional partners to make CWI a thought leader in this space.
- Organize annual workshop to share CWI impact measurement experiences / challenges / lessons with relevant ecosystem stakeholders.
- Be main liaison between CWI and internal university liaison team on how best to leverage University Relations team’s collaborations with CWI.
- Represent CWI in relevant impact entrepreneurship convenings to position CWI as a key player in the ecosystem.
- Serve as expert reviewer on all CWI programs during the design and evaluation phase of program.
- Serve as one of the CWI Lead in Fellow Selection process.
- Enhance CWI team’s analytical capacity and cultivate impact-driven, evidence-based approach to work.
- Be the thought partner and contribute to Head of Community and Content’s effort to create greater inclusion in entrepreneurship ecosystems.
- Master's Degree with
- Strong interest in the global discourse around women’s empowerment, social and environmental impact, startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital.
- Effective communicator with proven ability to not only collaborate with internal and external stakeholders but also anticipate their needs and requests.
- Team player with a positive attitude that holds herself/himself and others accountable for the program success.
- Attention to detail and strive for excellence.
- Self-motivated and able to initiate and deliver projects with minimal supervision.
- Focus on continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Professional fluency in English and French required, additional language desired. Strong written English is a requirement for our program.

MAIN PURPOSE
The Cartier Women’s Initiative (CWI) program is composed of four pillars which define our strategy and guide our actions:
Working closely with CWI Program Director, the Program Design and Impact Manager will ensure that impact is integrated in everything the Initiative does from its strategic positioning to its operations.
