  Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Flatbed CDL-A Driver to join our team for the delivery and pick-up of generators, compressors, and similar equipment. This position offers excellent pay and benefits, with guaranteed minimum hours and opportunities for overtime. Compensation: Average Pay: $1,500 - $1,750 per week (up to $92K annually) Start at: $32.50 per hour Guaranteed 40 hours per week, with expected hours between 40-50 hours/week Overtime available at time and a half Key Responsibilities: Home daily, with rare overnight stays in exceptional situations.   Job Requirements Must live within a 75-mile radius Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years, including a minimum of 6 months of flatbed experience in the past 5 years Must be 21 years of age or older Must hold a valid Class A CDL(Hazmat and TWIC certification preferred but not required, will reimburse) No reckless driving convictions in the last 5 years No DUI convictions in the last 5 years No license suspensions or revocations in the last 5 years No serious moving violations in the last 12 months (e.g., 15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, fatal accidents involving a CMV) No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years No preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the last 3 years Essential functions: Open/Close Trailer Doors - force requirement: 46 lbs Count freight Complete fuel tickets Obtain sales leads Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90 lbs (Class A Only) Perform pre-trip inspections Drive Regular predictable attendance Enter/Exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle Enter/Exit the rear of a trailer from ground level
