      This role is responsible for managing CE (Home Appliance and TVs) parts SCM including inventory and orders with depot by controlling purchase orders, stock transfer orders as necessary to support optimized inventory level and expedite parts delivery to service centers. This role communicates with service part vendor, Parts Depot, Sales and Quality Control on service parts related issues. Communication with global parts suppliers is required to obtain parts availability, delivery date and shipment status for service parts. Technical background and understanding of CE products is required to identify correct parts and inspect product.

      Role and Responsibilities

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Monitor and analyze CE Parts supply status according to HQ guidelines
      • Maintain adequate stock levels and inventories
      • Forecast parts demand based on various analysis (historical, seasonality etc.) to control PO volume
      • Identify and communicate supply constraints in a timely manner and create recovery plans
      • Coordinate with vendors and logistics to expedite shipments as required ensuring parts arrive on time to meet service center requested delivery dates
      • Coordinate with GPCA/HQ/Vendor to manage Obsolete/Surplus Stock
      • Generate Back Order status report and resolve delivery issue
      • Review Daily Sales Orders and communicate with GPCA and Service centers
      • Daily Communication with Suppliers, GPCA/HQ and internal field team
      • CE products technical inspection to identify root cause and share it with internal team when requested

      Skills and Qualifications

      Education:

      • University or Post Secondary Degree in Engineering an asset
      • Home appliance repair technical training background
      • SCM related training experience

      Knowledge:

      • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
      • Solid quantitative and analytical skills
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
      • Home appliance repair skills
      • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

      Experience:

      • A Minimum 3-5 years experience in Home Appliance repair or engineering
      • A minimum of 2-3 year experience working in customer service an asset
      • A minimum of 1-2 years working in SCM environment an asset
